Ideally located for climbing enthusiasts, Climbing, the 25-bump course in the Fontainebleau forest, visit the villages of Milly la forêt, Barbizon and its painting galleries, Fontainebleau and its castle or for golf enthusiasts (Cély en Bière and Fontainebleau). The space The newly restored home is right next to our home but totally independent. 50m2 space: - Equipped kitchen, dining area - Living room with sofa bed 1 or 2 beds (real mattress), - 1 mezzanine bedroom opening onto the living room with 1 bed 160 x 200 (hotel bedding) - Small dressing room - Shower room & WC The place is perfect for a couple, but it can accommodate 3 or 4 people (maximum). From the third person (child and/or adult) a supplement of €35 per night and per person is required. The accommodation is non-smoking, ashtray at your disposal outside. Private parking. Supermarket, Bakery 3 Kms (Barbizon or Perthes en Gâtinais) Guest access Private and enclosed parking. (Automatic gate) Small private garden area for guests (table and armchairs) Other things to note The place is great for a couple looking for peace and nature. The configuration of the premises with the bedroom on the mezzanine open to the living room allows parents to be close to the child(ren) installed in the sofa bed in the living room. The living room bed (convertible) is divisible into 2 and thus becomes 2 real independent beds (real mattress) We can provide 3 Crash Pads for our guests who come to climb in the Fontainebleau forest. Travel cot available. The inventory is done with guests upon check-in and checkout.
