Simple, small apartment without frills and chichi in a typical Siegerland cottage with a total of 3 apartments Another apartment is currently being renovated, but only if nobody is at home during the day Extremely quiet, 30 km/h zone Parking is usually at the front door, otherwise public, free parking about 50 m down the street in front of the cemetery The ideal place to stay if you want to stay cheaply but centrally for a few days in Siegen... The space Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available via the neighbor, and if you are nice to her, it usually works. We just can't guarantee it and we can't accept any liability for it, i.e. if it fails and the neighbor is not there, for example, we can't do much about it... The living-dining kitchen includes a cooking facility (2 plates), a hood, a microwave, a small oven, a refrigerator, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. for 2 people. There is also a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. - TV with DVBT is in the bedroom. - Beds are 90 x 200 cm Features: - No parties - No pets - Absolutely no smoking in the house (many wooden structures), not even on the toilet with the window open... Pros: - Extremely quiet - central - clean - very convenient for the location - safe area (residential area with predominantly single-family homes) Cons: - No real bathroom. The floor plan does not allow it, shower and sink are visually separated, but there is no real bathroom. - The toilet (with window) is in the hallway, but is only used by this apartment. - It's an old house. Sometimes it happens that little things don't work, but they can usually be fixed very quickly. 24 out of 25 guests are not bothered by these drawbacks, the 25th guest makes a fuss and leaves. We want satisfied guests who know what to expect, so this information is explicitly mentioned here again. Guest access Only part of the house is accessible as a vacation apartment / mechanic's apartment. The rest of the house is being renovated piece by piece, but not when guests stay in the apartment during the day. They should not be disturbed. Other things to note The apartment should be left swept clean (we take care of the final cleaning) and the used dishes rinsed. In winter, guests may have to push and spread snow.
