A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house. The space If you arrive by train, we can pick you up at the train station in Emden or Marienhafe if necessary. You can rent our bikes. Please place the used bed sheets and towels in the laundry basket in the hallway before your departure. Other things to note Unfortunately, riding is not possible with us: The gelding is a 26-year-old "pensioner," the mare a "whirlwind" who does not allow foreign riders. Our cattle enjoy their free life in the pasture. For safety reasons, this should not be entered. We do not run a petting zoo, but we will gladly give you information about our animals. Our male is quite stormy; however, those who are "steadfast" are welcome to romp with him. Since he vehemently defends his territory against conspecifics, unfortunately dogs cannot be accommodated with us.
