Our cozy basement apartment in a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and the Riegsee can be reached on foot in a few minutes and also the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach baths as well as refreshment stops can be reached at any time in an extended walk or by bike in 5 minutes ... depending on the fitness level :) You live in our very comfortably equipped - freshly renovated - apartment (55 sqm) with space for 1-4 people. The spacious living room has a large window front with a view (south / west orientation). You have your own terrace with south / west orientation - evening sun guaranteed in good weather! There is also direct access to the garden. The Murnau market charges the following spa fees for the duration of your stay: May 15 - October 14: Adults € 1.50 / night Child (6–16 years) € 1.00 / night 15. 10. – 14. 5 .: Adults € 1.10 / night Child (6–16 years) € 0.70 / night People with disabilities: from 80% severe disability € 0.90 / night free from 100% severe disability one accompanying person free for the severely disabled Upon request, you will receive a spa card / guest card with the registration form filled in on arrival.
