Our cozy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and the Riegsee are within walking distance and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extensive walk. The space You will stay in our very comfortably equipped - freshly renovated - apartment (55 sqm) with space for 1-4 persons. The spacious living room has a large window front with a wide view (south/west orientation). The apartment is furnished as an open studio and the bedroom is separated from the living room by a spacious, open passage. We offer a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and two sleeping chairs for the third and fourth person, which can be pulled out to a lying area (0.80 m x 2.00 m) You have your own terrace with south/west orientation at your disposal – evening sun in good weather guaranteed!
