The space The property and house "Elfsala Lodge Gästgård" is a charming and unique south-facing seaside location as described in the media and online. It is a renovated archipelago house from 1760 of 175 sqm with a high villa standard and central heating. The house has 8 beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 shower & toilet rooms, dining room for 14 people, lounge/living room, and TV room as well as large a modern fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Elfsala Lodge has a manor-like U-shape and is located on a flat grassy seaside plot facing south only 15 meters from the lake with a sandy beach, bathing cliffs and a large jetty facility and with sea views from all rooms. The house is always very clean and tidily cleaned, furnished and with complete kitchen appliances and other facilities for up to 8 residents as well as glass and crockery, etc. for table setting up to 14 people. Bed linen, towels and bedding are not included in the rent but can be ordered separately. The house is located 35 minutes by car from Stockholm and 30 minutes to the outer archipelago and the sailing port Sandhamn. It is possible to rent Elfsala for registered and agreed quiet gatherings and receptions, see our own website online. We have had many successful events for both companies and individuals. But notice that Elfsala is not suitable for extravagant large parties and parties. Guest access A rowboat with a outboard motor is included during spring, summer and autumn. Sauna could be required as an extra facility. Other things to note WEEKEND SPECIAL, If you rent two days (Friday - Sunday) over weekends, we have a full-weekend special price with 15% discount on our RBnB price. Please ask us for an offer. This applies in low season September - April, not Christmas / New Year or Easter. (Airbnb = RBnB - Rental Bed and Breakfast) Our rental price of RBnB is valid when renting only one day. When renting several days, a discount is given. Please ask us for an offer. THE SUMMER SEASON (June - August) is only rented out via Elfsala Lodge's own website. We only rent out to guests who are over 25 years old. NB! : Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented separately. Our rental prices at RBnB are only valid for private individuals. For companies we have a special business price with 12% VAT added via business invoice, this offer will be given at a company request.
