A newly renovated in-law suite, complete with a private entrance, full bath, kitchenette, full size bed and a private patio with a grill. There is also a futon that unfolds into a full sized bed so that you can easily sleep 4 people. It is conveniently located a short drive away from the airport and many Southern California attractions! It is 260 Square feet of living space with two shared walls, both being other Airbnb unit. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette which comes with two hot plates as well as a toaster oven. You have all cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as silverware and plates to use. There is also a refrigerator there for your convenience. We supply linens for the bed as well as towels. There is complementary coffee and tea for your convenience. There is a smart TV in the room for you but there is no cable. You have a private patio with a grill and outside furniture. The Inlaw suite has a private entrance and you have full access in there. I do not live on site but am reachable by phone if need be. Los Angeles is very spread out and we are located in the southern part of the city. We are close to Disneyland, Long Beach, Knotts Berry Farm, beaches, and much more. We are on the opposite side of the city to Hollywood, Universal City, Santa Monica. If you are only coming to LA for these sites I recommend you finding a place on the other side of the city if you are doing a mixture of everything we are in a great location. We are in a residential area so there is nothing in walking distance. Within a 5 to 8 minutes drive you can reach tons of shopping and restaurants. There is one parking spot in our driveway that will accommodate a normal size car that you can use. If you have a truck or van you will have to park on the street. We live on a one way street so you can park on either side. Street sweeping is on Mondays between 8-12 There is complementary coffee and tea. Although 4 adults can fit the suite is better suited for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids.
