Private apartment on the 2nd floor, 84 sqm and with its own entrance. The house is located in the middle of the community, 3 km to the store (in Målilla) and 4 km to the swimming lake. Rosenfors is a small community with nature and forest/forest roads right up to the house. If you want to see a little more, the house is 30 minutes by car from Vimmerby (ALV), 10 minutes from Hultsfred, about 1 and a half hours from Kalmar and 30 minutes to Oskarshamn. The space The house is divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. As a host, I live on the ground floor with my 2 children and the upper (84 sqm) floor is rented out in the summer. Guest access Guests have a private entrance and will not have access to other parts of the house. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom/toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds, a total of 5 beds. Other things to note The stated price does not include cleaning, bed linen/towel or access to washing machine, but is available as an option. Clean yourself (all cleaning equipment is in the apartment and avoid SEK 1,500 in cleaning costs. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as when you moved in.
