Only 15 minutes walk from the centre via the famous Water Meadow paths or road's celebrated inns you have an ideal location to enjoy this historic city. The space Our 35m2 Garden Lodge has a bright, airy living space and modern well kitted out kitchen and shower room, double bed-room with large capacity sliding wardrobes and under-bed storage. Guests tell us that they feel secure tucked in beside our house and set back from the road behind the tall gate. Guest access Private and independent access is through the gate in the driveway beside No 24 Clausentum Road, SO23 9QE. Free on-road parking for 1 car if you advise us of your car registration in advance - the council now checks all car registrations and will fine those not registered! Free off-road parking for another small car is available in the driveway (2.5m / 8'2" at its narrowest point). See photos. Self check-in means you can arrive whenever it suits you.... but we do like to greet you! Other things to note EV charger (7kW Zappi) in driveway - current price £0.40/kWh Since milk, bread and spreads preferences are so varied now, we do not supply breakfast. Please bring your own. We supply tea and coffee though! Clothes machine washing with air drying is optional: £8 per 8kg batch for a 24 hour service, should you require it.
