Apartment Lütje Kluntje (dogs on request)

Our apartment is only available for rent on a weekly basis during the holiday periods. The approx. 45 sqm apartment is modern and cozy at the same time. The nearest shopping facility is 5.5 km away. (Please note the additional costs under "Description/Interaction with guests." Thank you!) The space The apartment is located in the former barn part of an old farmhouse, built in 1883, in the Roggenstede district. In the living room, there is a couch and also a wing chair with a stool; in addition, there is a flat screen TV. From the living room you can access the barn. The bedroom has a double bed and a big closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker... The bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. The entire apartment was renovated in 2013. The beach chair in the pictures is unfortunately broken and will be replaced soon. Our holiday guests have their own enclosed small garden area with seating and parasol. The nearest major cities are Aurich and Emden. The resorts of Dornumersiel, Norddeich, Neuharlingersiel, Nessmersiel and Bensersiel are close by. From there, as well as from our Dornumersiel harbor, you can reach various islands, such as Spiekeroog, Langeoog, Baltrum and Norderney, Juist Guest access (Access to the apartment, barn, free rental bicycles, beach toys, breakfast can be booked additionally) Private enclosed residential unit. The key to the apartment is in a key box (more information when booking, shortly before arrival). Access to the barn with a clothes drying rack. Other things to note In addition to the possibility of getting to the North Sea islands from different locations, there is also the possibility of combining the vacation with wellness, e.g. in the bathhouse in Neuharlingersiel.
