Relaxation! Peacefulness! Amazing Sunsets! Fun for Everyone! If this is what you are looking for, you found it. Our completely renovated lakefront beach home sleeps 7 people in beds. Enjoy the evening sunset over the lake from the large screened in back porch. Provided for your enjoyment are paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, horse shoe game, and lots more. The home is centrally located where you can visit multiple springs, lakes, rivers, state parks, trails, shopping, restaurants, and much more! The space The home is completely fenced and gated. There is parking inside the fence for at least two vehicles and outside the gate there is street parking for two more vehicles or your boat and trailer. The living room and kitchen are open concept living with a large bar with four bar stools for eating. There is also a full size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep and enjoying meals together. There is a dishwasher, range, refrigerator & a Keurig coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle underneath that pulls out easily and provides a third twin bed. Both bedrooms have tvs in which you can login to any of your streaming networks. There is a full size washer & dryer indoors. A shower/tub combo with a dual sink vanities in the bathroom. The screened in porch is the full length of the home and provides multiple sitting areas, an indoor fire pit, and a six chair dining table. Outdoors you have a private beach section of the lake to enjoy. Two kayaks and paddle boards, a canoe, a dock to fish off of, an outdoor fire pit and the game of horseshoes. (We do ask that you release any fish that you might catch back into the lake) Guest access There is parking inside fenced area and on street side. You will be provided a lockbox code and will be allowed entry anytime after the check in time. Other things to note There are games in the kitchen drawer marked games. There is a ring toss game on the screened back porch to have fun with. Life jackets and beach towels are also provided for your use.
