The apartment, with an area of about 65 square meters - consisting of a double bedroom (the bed can be separated into two single beds), a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a living room entrance, a veranda, a courtyard and a parking space - is part of a small terraced complex, in the Turrati area of the Municipality of Soverato, surrounded by greenery, 2 km from the center of Soverato. The space The apartment consists of an entrance-living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, a covered outdoor veranda, an independent terrace-garden, and a parking space in a private area. Fully furnished for four people. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided. Guest access The apartment has a terrace-garden of about 30 square meters to relax in the deck chairs provided and an outdoor covered veranda where you can place the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other things to note In the kitchen there is no oven but a hob with four gas stoves and a refrigerator with freezer. There are two floor fans in the apartment for the hottest evenings. Linen (sheets and towels) is not provided, there is no washing machine, otherwise the apartment is furnished and equipped with dishes and kitchen accessories. The beautiful beaches of Montepaone Lido, Copanello (Stalettì), Pietragrande, Caminia, Soverato and Davoli are easily accessible in a few minutes by car.
