The space Villa Kleanthi is a 265 sq.m. residence, located in a private land of 5,000 sq.m. at the quiet village of Kare, offering full privacy and impressive mountain views. It is literally a hidden gem around the beauty and tranquility of a uniquely green landscape of olive trees and vineyards, offering full privacy. Furnished in a contemporary style, the two-storey villa can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms and up to 9 in total. Layout of the villa Ground Floor On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisted of the living room and indoor dinning area. The living room features a comfortable siting area, fireplace, bluetooth speakers, 48" HDTV with Netflix and home cinema. A few steps away, the separated, fully equipped kitchen is equipped with an additional dining table, top quality fixtures and appliances, allowing you to prepare your daily meals. From the living room area and the kitchen there is direct access to the main veranda, the pool area and the garden. On the same floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, one full bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one of which features a double bed and the other one a semi-double bed. First Floor Reaching the first floor through the stairs, there is a hall with an office and a library overlooking the open plan living room area below. On the same floor you will find the two main double bed bedrooms, one of which also features an attic with HDTV and a semi-double mattress. Furthermore, both bedrooms offer access to balconies with amazing views and have their own en-suite bathrooms with hydro-massage shower cabins Outdoor area Outdoors, there is a 1,000 square meters organised area with many facilities and spots for relaxing, many unique, beautifully landscaped aromatic herbs gardens, flower gardens, and trees! The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include: - 35 sqm swimming pool with 6 sun-beds and 2 umbrellas - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue are,a plus a wood oven, and a sink under a pergola. - An outdoor dining table, in a superb shaded veranda next to the barbecue,e with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape - Many organised furnished spots (sun beds, outdoor sofas and beds, hammock) for relaxing in the balconies, the veranda, and the gardens around the villa - 2 adult bikes - Safe areas for children to play - Fenced parking for many cars **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax.
