Fully furnished, with a widescreen TV and a dining table than can be folded to provide additional space. • Neat, fully equipped kitchen functionally unified with the dining area with kitchenware and small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer). • Bedroom with double bed, a large outer facing window with sea view and immediate access to the veranda. • Cozy shower bathroom fully-equipped with amenities & bath linen. • Spacious shaded veranda with large dinner table and an exceptional sea and mountain view. Ground floor: • Two cozy and uniquely decorated bedrooms with double beds and large closets. • Fully equipped playroom that can be used as a bedroom or a living area. The playroom has a sofa that turns into a double bed, widescreen TV, a dining table and a large outer facing window with immediate access to the garden. • Larger fully-equipped shower bathroom with laundry area and a washing machine. • Storage room with a big refrigerator.
