44 Golf Villa

This is a self catering Villa on The Clarens Golf Estate. Consisting of a en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a further bedroom with single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower. All rooms have underfloor heating as well as TV's, equipped with Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube. Downstairs it has a living area with a gas fireplace (charged separately) and TV with DSTv. Fully equipped kitchen suitable for self catering, wood/coal braai facilities and also a washing machine for your use. The space 44 Golf Villa is a peaceful unit against the beautiful Mount Horeb with the most beautiful views in Clarens. You can see the whole town from the balcony and the views are breathtaking. From the villa you can see the whole estate as well as all the mountains surrounding Clarens and Golden Gate. Due to the consistent Load Shedding implemented in the country, the villa has been equipped with a UPS to keep the WiFi, Downstairs TV and DStv running to keep you entertained during the times Eskom lets us down! The Villa has also been equipped with a double gas burner to assist with food preparations during load shedding. It is important to note that the villa has stairs with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio downstairs. Unfortunately there is no covered parking available yet, but the estate security ensures that access to the estate is controlled and they patrol the estate 24/7. Guest access The whole villa will be at your disposal during your stay. please let us know if you will be coming with more than one vehicle, as each vehicle will need a code for access into and out of the estate. Other things to note Servicing of the villa as well as gas for the fireplace is charged separately. You are also welcome to bring your own 9kg gas cylinder along. Longer stays (5 nights) includes one service free of charge. If you will be coming with two or more large vehicles, additional parking space can be arranged, please let us know if this will be the case. Parking space available is sufficient for a large vehicle (SUV/Double Cab) and a car (sedan/hatchback).
