Apartment Farn 65sqm "Villa Amselgrund" Rathen

Location, location, location and privacy and of course a healthy climate...and a touch of luxury should not be missing. Welcome to Villa Amselgrund in the air spa resort of Rathen! Our villa is probably the closest private residence to Basteibrücke in the most famous spa town in Saxon Switzerland. Who can say that about themselves? And as the last house in front of the edge of the forest, you are also blessed here with leaf rustling and blackbird chirping. The space The 65 m² apartment FARN is suitable for 4 people and has a private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Next to the living-dining area with TV and radio there is a small lounge area with large windows and great views. The large bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed for 2 people (90×200 cm) as well as its own dressing room with panoramic views. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower. In the garden, the terrace with huge dining table invites you to have breakfast and linger. The large WEBER grill offers enough space for sausages, steaks and vegetables and thus leaves nothing to be desired with the evening BBQ. Towels and bed linens are included in the price for 4 people. We charge a flat rate of 20 euros for an additional laundry package. Guest access Private entrance Other things to note Tourist tax A visitor's tax is to be paid on site. For this, we need the data of all travel guests 1 week before arrival in order to calculate it correctly. Parking There is no private parking at the house. All overnight guests receive a parking card (if the car has been registered with the visitor's tax!) and can park the car at the guest parking lot on Füllhölzelweg, directly behind the "Haus des Gastes" /fire station building. You can only stand briefly in front of the house to unload. The parking lot is about 800 m away from Villa Amselgrund. This parking card is included in the price of the tourist tax, no extra charge.
