The town is situated in the heart of the Scottish borders, one hour south of the centre of Edinburgh. Accessible accomodation - please enquire for individual needs. The space Small one bedroom apartment with king size bed in bedroom, sofa bed in living area and hot tub, wood burning stove and fully fitted modern kitchen with dining area. Fully tiled shower room with assisted wheelchair access. The apartment is on the lower floor of a block occupied by ourselves upstairs and my mum next door - the access is shared so there may be occasional deliveries, post or others passing by to access their homes Guest access Gas central heating, wood burning stove, 40" smart tv with sky package, DVD player. Washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, secure sports equipment storage for bikes, equipment, fishing rods, golf clubs, outdoor seating area and hot tub Other things to note During the Christmas and New year period the minimum stay is 5 nights
