Quiet Eifel Escape, overlooking the valley

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. (Please let us know when booking) We do NOT serve breakfast. The space Spacious and fully equipped apartment, bathroom with a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and a double sink. Fully equipped kitchen including oven and microwave. In addition to the normal heating, the living room also has a cozy wood stove for the winter. No air conditioning, but apartment is wonderfully cool so we don't need it. A desk where you can work. NO TV, but there is a screen on which you can connect digital devices. And well-functioning internet/Wi-Fi. DVD player with collection of DVDs, books, board games, etc. Outdoor terrace and garden. Private parking and entrance Guest access You have the entire apartment and outdoor terraces to yourself. Private parking space and private entrance. You will only be able to meet us in the 2000m2 garden that surrounds the whole house. Other things to note We do not offer breakfast, and Burbach has no supermarket or other stores. Nearest small supermarket is in Schönecken (15 min by car). In Bitburg and Prüm, you will find larger supermarkets and other shops. (20-25 min by car. From Burbach, there is a bus connection to Bitburg. Washing machine and dryer service is also possible and costs €10.
