In the heart of the Aure Valley, in Saint-Lary, spa and ski resort, nestles "Hygge", a real mountain chalet (completely renovated in 2019) that offers modern materials and high-end finishes while respecting mountain authenticity. It has 3 independent apartments over 3 level. "Comforsy" is the gathering (via the interior staircase) of 2 of them: Comfort and Cosy (see listings on this site) for the holidays of your tribe up to 16 people. The space Hygge (pronounced “hou-ga”), is the Danish word that means comfort, conviviality, simplicity and well-being. This "hygge" that we experience wrapped in a blanket when it snows outside, when you chat with friends around the fireplace, when you enjoy a good meal with family with the mountain as a backdrop, Marisa and Jean-François wanted to infuse it in the complete renovation of this wooden and stone chalet in the Rioumajou of the 60s, turning it into a luxury chalet with a guideline: comfort in all simplicity. Located at the entrance of the village in the non-passing district of Espeyrias, 700m from the hyper-center and 100m from the free shuttle, it enjoys a southwest facing and unobstructed view overlooking the resort and the valley on a plot of 800 m² with exclusive services. The cottage has 3 independent apartments on 3 levels for rent together or separately to adapt to the size of your tribe and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends. "Comforsy" is the meeting of the garden level of the chalet – the "Cosy" level - and its ground floor – the "Comfort" level which are connected by an internal staircase. Thus, 17 guests are welcomed on 95 + 51 m² of dwelling (6 bedrooms, 4 double beds & 9 single; 2 equipped kitchens; 5 toilets including 2 separate toilets; 2 bathrooms with shower & bathtub, 2 bathrooms with shower; underfloor heating) benefiting from living rooms of 36 + 26 m² and two spacious private terraces of 30 and 11 m² to imagine beautiful moments of property.
