Kitchen is fully equipped, oven, refrigerator, freezer, 4 induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, and a senseo, kettle, microwave, dishwasher etc. The ground floor is completed by a bedroom with a 140x200 bed for 2 people, a toilet, a bathroom with a fully equipped changing table and a second bedroom for a bed for 2 people 140x200. The floor is composed of 3 bedrooms. The 1st with a double bed sleeping 180×200 +1 single bed, (from a second single bed if there are 15 people), 1 wooden crib, possibility of a second crib (in the bedroom on the ground floor). The 2nd is composed of 2 single beds( a 3rd if there are 15 people) Finally, the 3rd of a 160x200 bed. Then a bathroom with a changing table from a separate toilet. 1 high chair is also available. On the north side the garden opens onto a terrace with dining table and garden chairs to eat there for 15 people. The self-service hot tub all year round in the basement with secure access. A large trampoline, swing, football goal, ping pong table, badmington net, sandbox, and children's cabin are available on the lawn. A Weber BBQ (charcoal not included). Caen with its castle, the World War II Memorial is 35 minutes away. The landing beaches and Mont St Michel are about 1 hour away. Parties and events not allowed. Quiet area on the countryside. The house is equiped with a kitchen, a dining room of 56m2, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Outside on south, a barbecue and a table are available. On north side, on the garden, tables and games can be used. Our horse is on the field around the house. 2 hours from Paris by A13. 40mn from Ouistreham. The house is at 4mn from Pont l bishop, 10mn from the beach, 15mn from Cabourg, Honfleur, Deauville. Caen is at 35mn with the castel and Memorial of the 2nd world war. 2nd world war beaches and Mont Saint Michel are at around 1 hour. Guest access full access to the house with spa for 6 people, unlimited all year round, self-service inside.
