The villa is located on a 700 square meter plot of grass with a nice barbecue. It is made up of 3 bedrooms upstairs. A bedroom facing the back on the garden with balcony has 2 beds of 90 cm which join to make a double bed. The other two bedrooms are on the street side, but are very quiet as there is no traffic. One of the bedrooms has two 90 cm bunk beds and the other bedroom has two 90 cm beds in alignment. Also upstairs is the bathroom with wc. On the ground floor, is the entrance with 1 independent toilet. A small hallway leads to the main room with living room and dining room. The villa is equipped with a fireplace, a TV with all TNT channels as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. In the recess, the fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, high vacuum microwave, gas stove and all the utensils for good cooking. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room with a large table and chairs. The living room, arranged in a U, has sofas inlaid directly into the ground with cushions giving a very convivial particular architectural aspect. After 2 steps, access to the outside through a French window opening onto a terrace covered by the roof terrace of the double bedroom. The terrace runs the entire width of the house and the part that separates it from the villa is fully glazed which allows for a very beautiful light. After the terrace, the very spacious garden with some parts in the shade thanks to the few surrounding trees. Geographically, the villa is 300 meters from the village of San Marti d'Empuries.
