A true "Southern" Farmhouse in Nashville's highly desired, historic, hip, East Nashville neighborhood! Our home faces the gorgeous Shelby Park & connects to Nashville's Greenway! Luxurious, private home styled with no detail spared! The space Located in the artistic East Nashville neighborhood, this brand new home overlooks Shelby Park & a gorgeous view of downtown. With quick access to downtown, the Greenway bike trail, Shelby Park, and East Nashville's 5 Points, the location couldn't be better for anyone taking a trip to Nashville or passing through town! Our home is brand new and designed for the ultimate Airbnb experience. With a separate built-in apartment, guests have private access to this space on the second floor. The space includes 1 large bedroom & an oversized living space with a comfortable pull-out queen sized couch & luxury bathroom. The home is walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. You can walk to downtown though an uber/lyft is much easier! We encourage you to take advantage of the incredible park at your doorstep & explore the 900 acres of green space. Our front yard is the Frisbee Golf Course, so many guests take advantage of that. We have frisbees you can borrow as well as hammocks on site for your use if you ask! We are excited to meet you & we hope you enjoy the home as much as we do! Guest access Guests can park in the parking lot at the corner of S 17th St & Sevier St or on the street in front of the house. From here you'll need to walk about 50 yards to the house. Access to the home is from the back of the home. Walk around the left side of the house and go through the gate on the privacy fence (next to the garage). You will see a set of stairs leading you to your Airbnb! Go up the stairs and make yourself at home! Other things to note We have multiple frisbees that can be borrowed upon request! Your living space has a kitchenette which includes a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and various kitchen accessories to make your stay more enjoyable. Please note that the main part of the house may either have the owners living there or be rented to another group during your stay. The walls have added sound proofing but there is always potential you may hear others.
