We are originally a distillery that is part of a manor with manor house, stables and manor park. Our house is located in the northeastern Speckgürtel of Berlin. Surrounded by several very large lakes (1 to 3 km long) nearby, partly on foot but always accessible by bicycle or car. The estate park begins in front of our door and stretches over several hectares with romantic avenues and large green spaces, ideal for a picnic. You are following in the footsteps of Theodor Fontane. The space We offer our open attic floor with a gross area of 120 m2 (12 m x 10 m) with various visually separated sleeping areas, a living area and a dining area. Tea kitchen, (dishes, small fridge, hot air fryer, microwave, toaster and double cooktop.) A desk with full equipment PC, printer, phone and fax. There are two flat screens 1x60 inches with surround system and 1x49 inches and wireless headphones available. Both devices with free access to the media libraries: Prime video, Netflix, Disney Channel, TV now, as well as all public legal media libraries A separate lockable bathroom ensuite (sink, toilet and shower.) Another toilet can be found in the stairwell on the ground floor. Sleeps (7 max.) Please note that the sleeping areas are not in separate rooms, but are part of the open attic and distributed among the various areas, although visually separated. Ideal for families with small and large children and also grandparents. 3 separate double rooms on the middle floor can be booked in addition if more people and/or more privacy are required. Also very suitable for larger groups of fitters. Guest access Very important for larger families and groups of construction workers. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor can also be used. This also applies to the guest garden area with BBQ, as well as the fitness equipment and sauna in the “torture chamber.” Guests can also use the toilet in the corridor on the first floor as an outdoor toilet at any time. Other things to note We are also happy to provide our guests with unlimited use of our bicycles (up to 7).
