Access to public footpath network via a private gate from the garden, steps away to enjoy countryside walks. There is also access to a mowed path around the perimeter of 30 acres of beautiful quiet pasture land. The circular walk takes approximately 30 minutes. Parking for two cars immediately adjacent to the loft. Services Wifi Central heating Electric Vehicle charger available at a charge. Please note the property is set on the first floor, access is via the outside steps to the main entrance door therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please ensure children are supervised at all times. Please note there is a seating area for 4 people outside on the balcony which has a heat lamp above for those chilly evenings! Smoking is not permitted on the balcony. The owners live on site. There is access via the footpath on site to approximately 30 acres of blissfully quiet pasture and woodland.
