Located within minutes of Albuquerque's historic old town plaza, zoo and bio park, downtown, isotopes park, UNM, UNM Hospital,and Presbyterian Hospital. There is easy freeway access and a nearby grocery store. This is not a party house. The space Quiet 650 square foot home with full kitchen, living room, private bedroom with a queen size bed, and full bathroom. It includes a full-size washer and dryer as well. The sofa does not pull out to a bed and has double recliners on each side. There is a wrap around porch with a large porch swing, dining table, and chairs for two.. Large private property for those who like their space. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property and home. Wi-Fi and smart TV access. Please note that there is no cable, and you must connect to your own streaming accounts. Full-size washer and dryer included, we provide some laundry detergent, but long-term stays will have to provide their own. There is also a blow dryer and iron. The kitchen includes a full-size stove and refrigerator and has everything you need to make your own meals. There is not a dishwasher in our home. Other things to note This is not a party house, and smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. Extra cleaning fees will apply if the house needs to have smoke smells removed.
