Welcome to our new, bright & fully furnished apartment. We offer you quiet & cozy living on an area of about 80 square meters. More pictures will follow... Our apartment is fully equipped... you almost only need to move in with your luggage and can start relaxing immediately. The space 2 bedrooms for up to 2 persons each. A spacious living / dining area with plenty of natural light and direct access to our sunny balcony, where you can linger comfortably with up to 6 people. A fully equipped / new kitchen, 1 guest toilet, 1 bathroom incl. Toilet, bathtub & shower In the basement of the house you will find a shared bicycle basement as well as a shared laundry & drying room. The apartment also includes a washing machine & tumble dryer. Furthermore, there is a shared drying room. At this point, we would like to emphasize that we care about the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Therefore, at this point, we would like to point out that the holding of animals of any kind in our property is prohibited. Likewise, it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment. If you want to smoke, you can of course use the existing balcony. Guest access Dear guests, our entire apartment is available for exclusive use! All bedrooms & bathrooms are lockable. Other things to note On the TV you have the usual satellite programs & "Netflix". To get there, we'll put a few drinks in the fridge for you... And if something is missing, we are very close...
