The space Welcome to our charming accommodation, dating from the late 1800s and partially renovated in 2019 and 2022. It consists of two separate buildings: For 2 to 14 people: You will enjoy the main building, with a large friendly reception room equipped with an open kitchen, a bar, a large table that can accommodate up to 14 guests, as well as a fireplace and sofas perfect for warm, quiet or festive evenings, with friends or family, respecting the neighborhood. The building has 6 bedrooms, which we open up depending on the number of people present. For 15 to 19 people: We also provide you with the second building, including a large room with foosball, two shower rooms and three additional bedrooms. A supplement of €25 per person per night applies beyond 16 people, up to a limit of 19 people. The entire estate is reserved for a single group: the two buildings are not rented separately, to guarantee total privacy. Linens and towels are provided and beds made upon arrival. Guest access The place is fully privatized for your group. Rooms are open according to the number of people booked: * For 2 people, one bedroom is available with either a double bed or two single beds. * For 4 people, you will have the choice between a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, or two bedrooms with two double beds. * And so on… many configurations are possible according to your needs. To enjoy the **6 bedrooms**, you must book for at least 12 people. To access the **9 rooms**, you must book for a minimum of 18 people. To make your stay pleasant, we provide you with: * Firewood * Bluetooth speaker * Toilet paper, dish towels, sponge, salt and pepper * Filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine (bring your capsules) * Baby bed, highchair and barbecue Access is via a large gate, allowing up to 6 vehicles to be parked in the garden.
