Enjoy a good time in the "Lüttenhuus" in Preetz/Holstein Switzerland near lakes and the Baltic Sea beach! The space The vacation home "Lüttenhuus" is a semi-detached house with about 90 square meters of living space plus a garden with terrace and has a cozy living and dining room, very well equipped kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and three rooms on the upper floor, including a "master bedroom" with double bed and two single rooms. The smaller of the rooms has a single bed, a built-in wardrobe and two fixed shelves with numerous books, as well as a desk. In the larger room there is a French size bed, so that even two people can be accommodated comfortably. If necessary, a sofa bed in the room could also be converted into a bed, so that two people could also sleep here. Several TVs with streaming options, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic), books, CDs and a board game collection provide the best entertainment after a long day at the beach or even in bad weather. Guest access You park right on the property under the carport. You can also park well on the street. Right in the first bend is the first hiking trail right on the paddocks, where cattle graze. Following this to the right you will reach a playground with cable car and a boules court (you will find a boules game in our basement room), following the path you will reach the Postsee and the Sieversdorfer Bridge. A nice walk, very suitable for cycling and running! Even an evening walk is very relaxing here. Nearby is the indoor swimming pool with sauna. Through Lindenstraße, you can quickly reach Lanker See (with a beach), Kirchsee (canoe and SUP rental) and Schwentine. In 30 minutes by car, you are at the Baltic Sea beach.
