It´s a quiet street yet a very central location with restaurants, market, supermarkets and the famous caves with Flamenco shows just nearby. 10 minutes walk to the center of Granada and Calle Elvira with bars and restaurants, shopping, the famous cathedral... .20 minutes walk to the Alhambra. House renovated with a rustic, typical andalusian style. The bottom floor has open plan, a charming kitchen with bar and a door to the lovely patio with garden. A cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a toilet with a lovely shower. Upstairs you find 2 bedrooms, the bigger one has it´s own toilet en suite. The smaller room has a large built in closet, a single bed that is extendable to a double bed and Alhambra views from the window. The pearls of the house are the private roof terrace with views to the Alhambra, over the charming roof tops of Albayzin and the valley, sun all day as much as the patio with its natural stone wall and a lemon tree. The house and its location is truly enchanting, fully furnished and equipped and well heated in wintertime. It suits families with children as much as couples or a group of fiends. Guest access entire house, private roof terrace and patio Other things to note Access to the Albayzin by car is usually restricted for non residents between 11 am and 2 pm and from 8 pm until midnight, but with a reservation at Carmen de las Campanas you will get in. Parking is free in the neighbourhood, sometimes not so easy to find. Streets are narrow and if you want to avoid stress you can park at SAN CRISTOBAL Parking lot, only a few minutes walking distance from the house.
