5 minutes from Chemin des Cimes. Holiday terraced house in the holiday residence "Les Châtaigniers" in Pfaffenbronn with chestnut square opposite and private parking. Pfaffenbronn is a small, quiet hamlet in northern Alsace, located between the beautiful town of Wissembourg and the picturesque village of Lembach. It is 30 km from Haguenau and 50 km from Strasbourg. The space On the ground floor, the house has a living room with sofa, footstool, bench, coffee table, television (satellite, DVD player) and wifi (fibre). In the wardrobe, you can use a washing machine and a hoover if needed. On the forest side, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge-freezer. On the first floor there is a bathroom renovated in 2022 with shower, toilet and washbasin. A master bedroom with double bed 160x200 and built-in wardrobes. On the landing, which can be closed with two curtains, there is storage furniture and the possibility of one single bed 140x200. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for two children. Access to the second floor is via a Japanese staircase (children must be supervised when using the stairs). Guest access Individual accommodation, the entire place is for you. The garden is not fenced. If you have a dog, it must not be aggressive and cannot stay without being tied in the garden so as not to go to the neighbors. There are hedges between the houses.
