The Little Mill of Nailly

Welcome to a beautiful place particularly conducive to calm and rejuvenation! The Petit Moulin de Nailly is a large property of more than one hectare of garden, wood and water. As its name suggests, it is an old mill that is mentioned on maps as early as the 15th century. Nestled at the back of the property, the cottage offers an ideal setting for rest and relaxation, away from the hectic activities of everyday life. The space The gîte has been designed to be modular. In its maxi version, it can very comfortably accommodate 6 people who will find two beautiful living rooms each including a fitted kitchen, as well as four bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. Three terraces complete the comfort of this house. On one side, a "courtyard side" gîte on two levels: the living room is warm with its exposed beams, its wood stove, its living room area with television. It offers the functionality of a fitted kitchen and the conviviality of a dining area. Upstairs, two bedrooms: a single bedroom on the landing, communicating with a double bedroom (2 single beds to be brought together or not). The bathroom is on the ground floor: a large walk-in shower, a sink and a hanging toilet. A small laundry room completes the accommodation. On the other side, a "garden side" cottage, on one level: a large and beautiful contemporary kitchen with a crazy charm and a living room with wood stove and television. On the same level, two bedrooms: a double bedroom (2 single beds to be brought together or not) and a single bedroom opening onto a small terrace to the east. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. This part of the cottage is accessible to people with disabilities. Outside: three terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at different times of the day. Garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers are installed during the summer. All around, there is space to relax: a small stream flows near the cottage and small bridges give access to the woods. You will take very pleasant walks and the children will be able to organize wild hide-and-seek games. Nature is specially protected: no pesticides, bird protection (LPO refuge), two hives to pollinate the organic mandala vegetable garden and the many fruit trees: everything is done to preserve our environment. At the entrance to the property, a large parking lot is available to leave your vehicle. You are 1h30 from Paris by car and 1h by train: the owners will gladly pick you up at the station which is 4 km away. Guest access You will have access to most of the garden and woods: only the immediate surroundings of the owner's house as well as the pond are private.
