The space Our Response to Covid-19: The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. Our cleaning staff has been provided with extra training to ensure that all surfaces have been sanitized before your stay. Cleaning supplies are available for guests during your stay. THE HOUSE: Our county house is a beautiful hilltop home surrounded by amazing untouched nature just 15 minutes from Otepää City. Perfect for connecting with nature and your loved ones. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway: - 30 acres of land so you have plenty of privacy - Super quiet house built with thick walls of natural wood - 4 bedrooms, 2 with TV's and 1 with a cozy fireplace - 2 bathrooms - Spacious kitchen with Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals, a full-sized refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, electric stove + wood-heated oven, tap & sink. - A separate living room with TV and a 3D audio surround system, fireplace, couches, and a mini library for book lovers - Speedy WiFi throughout the house - Modern Sauna with washing room + a small lake nearby to jump in after a hot steamy sauna session - Also possible to heat up an oval sauna right next to the lake GREAT FOR FAMILIES: Reunite with your family at Mäeotsa, it is ideal for all ages! -Lots of space for people to eat together, hang out, relax, explore, chat, and have fun. -Lots of fun for kids: They’re amazed by all the space to explore, stargazing, swimming, and making friends with the ponies and even horses. -Comfortably sleeps 9 people in beds, 3 rooms for 2 people, 1 for 1 person + 2 person cozy sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has: -1 electric stove and 1 wood-heated oven -Completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays, and more. -Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family. -Enough forks/spoons/knives/plates for everyone in the family -2 coffee pots, including coffee filters, coffee beans, and a coffee grinder. We want to quickly clarify how the padel court works: Booking the guesthouse does NOT reserve the padel court for your entire stay. The court is open to the public and can be booked by anyone, if you wish to book it for longer periods, please call us to arrange. You're welcome to use the court anytime it's free.
