Commanding picturesque views over the surrounding countryside the house is situated in the centre of the village of Pickmere. There is a pub within easy walking distance and there are some great pubs and restaurants all within an 8 minute drive. We also have a certificate from Surfers Against Sewage for our plastic free status. We can cater for dinners, with prior notice and we are fully licenced. We are situated just 8 minutes drive from Knutsford and 6 minutes from Northwich and because of our proximity to Warrington, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester is ideally placed for both business and leisure. We are just 4 minutes drive from M6 junction 19, 10 minutes from M56 junction 10, 20 minutes from Manchester Airport and convenient for Radbroke Hall, Booths Hall, Birchwood, Daresbury and Gadbrook Park Business Parks. There is off road car parking and bicycles can be housed securely. There are 7 en suite bedrooms. 4 bedrooms are superior doubles with king size beds, 1 superking/twin room, 1 family room with a king size & 3 single beds, 1 king size double in the garden annex (suitable for guests with dogs). We can accommodate 14 adults + 3 children in total. Free wifi available throughout the house. Breakfast is included in the price and is served between 7:30 to 9:00 Monday to Friday and 8:30 to 10:00 Saturday and Sunday in our dining room. We offer a locally sourced full English breakfast and a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juice, toast, tea and coffee. Special diets are catered for. The guest lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, a small library, a piano, children's’ toys, card and board games and a gas burning log fire. The small garden has a south facing terrace where guests can sit out in the summer and enjoy a pot of tea, a glass of Pimms or Prosecco.
