Welcome to Clos du Savourey! Here you will stay in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, in our cottage that combines modernity, comfort and charm of an authentic Norman farmhouse. You will be ideally located to enjoy the calm of the countryside and discover our beautiful Normandy: - Lisieux and its Basilica, the Abbey of Bec Hellouin, the Château de Beaumesnil... - our villages with evocative names: Pont l'Evêque, Pont-Audemer, Beuvron-en-Auge... - the Côte Fleurie: Honfleur, Deauville, Cabourg... The space Our farmhouse is located in a small peaceful hamlet, just a 5-minute drive from shops and a country market on Monday morning. We make it a point to keep it impeccably clean and tidy. On the ground floor: living room, fireplace with insert for beautiful evenings by the fire, fully equipped kitchen to make sure you have everything you need and prepare good meals, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, including 2 in a row, comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Exterior: enclosed and wooded garden, sheltered terrace to enjoy summer evenings, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Amenities: - Recent and comfortable bedding, HD TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, immersion blender... - Basic products available (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters...) - For children, some board games and outdoor games, books and comics are available. - Changing mat, baby crib and high chair available on request. Lots to do nearby: - Visits to producers of ciders, calvas, cheeses nearby - Hiking trails from the village - Landau Museum - Horseback riding and go-karting 5 km away - Animal park - Cerza Safaris - Brionne leisure centers (canoeing-kayaking, sailing, archery, orienteering...) or Pont l'Evêque (sea scooter, towed buoy, canoe, pedal boat, mini-golf...) Guest access You will have access to the entire house, the garden chalet, as well as the large enclosed garden. Other things to note Reservations are for a minimum of 2 nights / during the summer season (July-August) a minimum of 4 nights The last 3 steps of the staircase leading to the upper floor are a little narrow, the house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. No smoking or vaping inside. Pets not allowed. Parties and events not allowed.
