Description

Located in a peaceful hamlet, at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula, our 55 m² cottage offers unobstructed views of the Breton countryside and Douarnenez Bay. Close to the "Menez Hom", on the edge of the Armorica Regional Natural Park and less than a 5-minute drive to the vast beach of "Pentrez" known for its many water sports (surfing, sand yachting, etc.), come and recharge your batteries between land and sea! The space On the ground floor: - a large living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker) open to dining room/living room with TV. - shower room, separate toilet, washing machine. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) + baby bed. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) + desk. - separate toilet + water point. Pillows and duvets are provided. Guest access Outside, large garden with portico, picnic tables & barbecues available. Other things to note Bed linen not provided. For the July/August period: no monthly discount. From November 15 to March 15: the rate includes an electric package of 8kW/day; the supplement is charged at €0.20/kW.
