Located in Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw with 2 pubs within 5 mins walk & close to Norwich. Also with Super King Sized Bed and full equipped Kitchen Diner, separate Lounge area and Netflix & Sky. Perfectly positioned for the city, countryside & beaches. Private entrance and parking The space The Flint Shed is a unique retreat with a Super King Sized bed, Luxury Bath and shower room and new Kitchen. A mix of contemporary and eclectic, the barn will keep you entertained inside and out with all mod cons including a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Ultimate, a Boom Sound Pod, Nespresso Machine, Hotel Chocolat Velvertiser, Popcorn maker, Board Games and Dyson Hairdryer. Optional extras available such as Gozney Pizza Oven and Early and Late checkins. What makes our location in Strumsphaw so special is the quiet of the countryside, lovely local pubs serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and the nearby Norfolk Broads. With the close proximity of the vibrant university city of Norwich with boutique shopping and restaurants. Also in easy reach of some wonderful beaches of North Norfolk and Suffolk Guest access Guests will have full access to the stand alone property within the grounds. The Flint Shed has it's own entrance and private fenced off patio/garden space next to the house on the grounds of the property. Other things to note There is one on site parking space available. Please request should you need space for one then one vehicle. Air Bed will be provided which can be placed in living area. Please note you will need to bring your own bedding for an additional guest. PLEASE NOTE The property is not very suitable for infants or children. If you do wish to bring children please get in touch. DURING WINTER 2025/26 we are having a car lodge built for guests along side front aspect renovations.
