Villa Mate is a new object, renting for the first time. It is ideal for families with children or sport oriented guests. Villa consists of 3 bedrooms (each has double bed) with balcony and seaview, 3 bathrooms (toillete+shower), living room, kitchen and dining area. Exterior is arranged with mediterranean plants, it has swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, barbacue, outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, kids playground, sports corner with 3 mountain bikes and 3 S.U.P., and parking area. The space Accommodation in Villa Mate gives you a feeling of serenity due to a very peaceful location only 150 m from the sea. At night you will be going to sleep listening to a sound of waves and in the morning you will be awaken restfull and calm. Guest access The owners of the Villa Mate live in the ground floor of the house but have separate entrance and do not disturb the guests, therefore guests are welcome to use complete first floor of the house together with house surounding. Other things to note We kindly ask our guests to respect house rules, this specially refers to the timeframe of night rest from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. so please don’t disturb the host and his or her neighbours.
