The space The wooden house is located in central Hungary, in a quiet holiday area, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Danube. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and the enclosed, well-kept garden – peace and privacy are guaranteed. Pets are also welcome. Inside, a modern, fully equipped kitchen awaits: ceramic hob, electric and microwave oven, kettle, tea and coffee maker, and a fridge with freezer – everything you need for a shared dinner or a cozy breakfast. Heating and cooling are provided by a central system, ensuring comfort all year round. The spacious, partly covered terrace extends the living room: from here you can enjoy a stunning view of the Danube, and dining at the unique wooden table for 6 creates unforgettable memories. From the terrace you can directly access the heated 6-person hot tub with massage and bubble function, providing relaxation at any time of the day – whether it’s a romantic sunset or a late-night soak. Three cozy bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Bed linen and towels are provided. 🌿 Surroundings and Attractions The Danube riverside and the beach are just a 10–15 minute walk away. The famous thermal bath is about 9 km, and the modern adventure spa is 12 km away. Several cycling and hiking trails nearby await nature lovers and active travelers. Cultural experiences: the castle of Dunaföldvár, the Hild Chapel, the riverside promenade, as well as local wine cellars, restaurants, and pastry shops. Within a 30–40 minute drive you can reach the Szekszárd wine region, or the sights of Solt and Kalocsa on the other side of the Danube. 🚗 Accessibility Transport connections are excellent: the main road is only 0.8 km away, and the motorway 4 km – making both Budapest and Lake Balaton easily accessible by car. Allowed in the garden, on the terrace and on the ground floor. Pets are not allowed in the upstairs bedrooms. 🧹 Cleaning Please keep the house and garden tidy. For longer stays we provide weekly cleaning and fresh bed linen and towels. 🚭 Restrictions Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Please always dispose of cigarette butts in the metal bin under the outdoor oven. (This is especially important as the house is wooden.) Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. Indoor fireplace/oven use is not allowed. Ironing is only allowed on the ironing board. Only registered guests may stay in the house. Please keep quiet after 10 PM. 🔐 Safety Close all windows and doors when leaving the house. Always activate the alarm system (code: #). The house is under remote surveillance. In case of error call: Floor and wall heating/cooling works with a heat pump – please do not adjust it. If the temperature needs changing, let us know and we will set it remotely. Smoke and CO detectors are located on the main beam in the living room.
