Gambledown Farm is a 270 acre mixed farm lying 5 miles from the New Forest National Park and the Wiltshire / Hampshire border. Breathtaking views over the farm can be taken in from the prime position of our 4 glamping tents. At the end of a mile-long private road you find an oasis of calm, a safe haven for kids who can explore the fields, woodland and a gorgeous living willow tunnel. The space The safari tents have an internal bathroom per tent with a flushing loos and a modern hot showers. There is a kitchen with a gas hob to cook on for ease and full dining table and sofa. A log burning stove keeps the tent cosy and warm. You have your own BBQ and fire pit outside of the tent and we sell our own home grown produce in our farm shop for the ultimate barbecue or eggs and bacon breakfast! There is a double bedroom, a second room with twin beds , and a cabin bed which children love and is accessed by a short ladder and can sleep two kids or one / 2 adult. The five tents are widely spread out across a large field so you will have lots of space for kids . We also have close by a woodland with fantastic walks and covered area with games for children. Please note our Robin tent has wooden dividers in between the main bedroom & twin room, the other 4 tents have canvas dividing ‘walls. We host pizza nights each week during holidays various cooking workshops and regular supper clubs using our produce, check out our website for upcoming events We take bookings for stays Monday - Friday, weekend stays Friday - Monday, and full week stays Monday - Monday or Friday - Friday. Guest access An undercover play barn & pizza oven for pizza night (: Tuesday & Saturday’s during the holiday season ) & Saturday’s from April-Oct.. Play area in tent field. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, with an additional cost of £30 per stay. ( but limits to two dogs per tent) Guests are requested to keep dogs on a lead in the field & poo pick . There are numerous dog walks around the farm on footpaths. We offer breakfast and BBQ hampers using our own or local produce and can have food hampers using our beef/ lamb/ pork prepared for your arrival to be heated up on your fire pit stove.
