The Airbnb is a 400 square foot room within my house that has a bedroom, living room, breakfast nook, bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer. When you enter the house, the Airbnb is down the stairs to the left. It is your private space. On street parking It is easy access to Denver International Airport (16 miles or 20 minutes), Southland Mall (4 miles), VA Hospital (1 mile), UCHealth Univ. of Colorado (8.1 miles), 15 miles from Union Station The space I have two dogs who do not spend time in the AIRBNB unless you invite them During your stay I am retired. I am home everyday unless I am out of town Other things to note There is a washer and dryer in the Airbnb. I also use the washer and dryer. I use it only when it is convenient to my guests.
