There are three entrances, 2 from the garden into the living room and one from the garden into the terrace and from there into the kitchen-living room. Large living-room ( fireplace, sat TV); kitchen corner with a gas cooker and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, Italian and German coffee machines and toaster. A dining area and a smaller lounge area furnished with armchairs and sofa and a extra double sofa bed (on request and to pay on the spot). Washing machine. From the living room we access to a corridor leading to bedrooms: a bedroom with bunk bed with large wardrobe, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double bed plus single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. A large bathroom with shower. Along the corridor a single sofa bed. Private equipped outdoor area. In the garden is an external shower. IMPORTANT, the maximum number of guests admitted in the house (babies included) cannot be more than 10 (each person and baby beyond 8 People has to pay an extra fee of 70€ per week).
