Venice Hills in Conegliano in a villa with pool

Venice Hills is one of the 3 apartments of the villa with a private pool of 15x6 meters reserved for guests, which is very pleasant during the day and also in the evening if you want to dine by the illuminated pool. We are in a wonderful location about 800 meters from the center of Conegliano (50 km from Venice) on the road that leads to the hills of the Prosecco UNESCO heritage with bus stop and supermarket in front of the house. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, riding school, tennis, paddle, gym. The space The apartment (90 square meters) is on the second floor, which is accessed by a convenient external staircase as you can see from the photos. Usually the apartment is prepared for 5 people: bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with 3 single beds. When we host 6 people, we add 1 single bed in room 1. From bedroom 2 you can access the terrace overlooking the mountains to the north/east. From the terrace of the entrance door, the view is of the mountains to the south/west. The bathroom with a window has a comfortable shower, a sink, and a bidet. Towels and bed linens will be changed every 7 days. The tourist tax in Conegliano is €1/night and is payable in cash at check-in. Guest access In front of the guest-house is a well-stocked supermarket where our guests usually go freely simply by crossing the street. Without crossing the street, you can take the bus to the city center, but if you want to get some exercise, you can easily walk or use some of the bicycles we make available to customers (for a fee). Guest cars will find free space in the parking lot inside the property. We pay close attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises to make sure the guest finds the apartment perfect at check-in and we kindly ask the guest to use it correctly. Daily internal cleaning service is available upon request (for a fee). The washing machine is located in the laundry room and is by appointment (paid service).
