Venice Hills in Conegliano in a villa with pool

Venice Hills is one of 3 apartments in the villa with a private 15x6 m pool reserved for guests during the day and even at night if you want to dine by the illuminated pool. We are in a wonderful position about 800 meters from the center of Conegliano (50 km from Venice) on the road that leads to the hills of Prosecco Unesco heritage with bus stop and supermarket in front of home. Very close shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, riding stable, tennis, padel, gym. The space The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor which is accessed by a comfortable external staircase as seen in the photos. Usually the apartment is prepared for 5 people: room 1 with double bed and room 2 with 3 single beds. When we host 6 people, we add 1 single bed in room 1. From room 2 you access the terrace with views of the mountains to the north/east. From the terrace of the front door the view is over the mountains to the south/west. The bathroom with window has a comfortable shower, a washbasin, a bidet. Towels and sheets will be changed every 7 days. The tourist tax in Conegliano is €1/night and you pay in cash at check-in. Guest access In front of the guest house there is a well-stocked supermarket where usually our guests go in absolute freedom simply crossing the street. Without crossing the road instead you can take the bus to go to the city center but if you want to do some movement you can safely walk or use some bicycles that we put at the disposal of customers (paid service). Guest cars will find free parking in the parking lot inside the property. We pay close attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises to ensure that the guest finds the perfect apartment at check-in and we kindly ask that the guest dresses it correctly. On request we provide daily internal cleaning service (paid service). The washing machine is located in the laundry room and is by appointment (service for a fee).
