Large apartment with everything you need- perfect even for business travelers or students The space We rent a newly furnished apartment on the ground floor of our house. You live alone on the floor. The entire apartment is equipped with tiles and floor heating. Overall, the apartment has about 60m2 and an additional 20m2 terrace. The floor plan is very spacious and open. You have a 160x200cm bed available, dresser, TV, a comfortable sofa and much more. Next to it, the apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. The daylight bathroom is bright and friendly. The spacious shower is floor-to-ceiling. In the outside there is a terrace with seating. A car parking space is also available right in front of the apartment. Only 100 meters from the house, a shuttle bus goes to the Porsche development center - therefore also ideal for business travelers. The ways to Bosch or Daimler are also short. We live on the upper floor of the house with our children and two dogs. The house is in a small commercial area. In the evening and weekends you are almost alone. There are hardly any neighbors and right behind the house are fields+ forest. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. Contrary to the signs, the passage is free or is regulated via side streets. Otherwise, it is also possible to access the Heimsheim motorway exit without any problems.
