Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog. The space This is a small beach cottage, not a luxury cottage. The cottage has a floor plan of 25 m2 and in addition there is a small repos. There is a closed wooden terrace with garden furniture as well as a small shed with a barbecue and sun lounger. The cottage has a small newly renovated bathroom with toilet and shower and a small new kitchen with 2 induction hobs and fridge. There is a private bathing jetty, which is shared with two other cottages. At the cottage there is also an outdoor shower with cold water. Guest access The cottage with the terrace is at the guest's disposal, while the road, parking and jetty are shared with two other cottages. Other things to note The lease includes garden furniture with cushions, parasol and charcoal grill. The beach house is heated with an air-to-air heat pump. However, it can be a little difficult to warm up in the off-season, so please bring an extra sweater and slippers. The stone staircase up to the cottage is uneven and not good for those with walking difficulties. The ladder to the repos is steep and not suitable for smaller children. Electricity and water are available. There is no oven, wood-burning stove or TV in the cabin. But there is Wi-Fi, so bring your own devices. The cottage is not suitable for 3 adults due to the size, so we accept a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. The child must sleep on a floor mattress in the loft. The terrace is fenced and suitable for a small dog. However, only one dog may be brought.
