If you stay at this stunning flint barn nestled in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Cromer, you will have your own ha-ha which allows uninterrupted views of the surrounding parkland. This is the perfect property for a family holiday or for holidaying with friends. It’s an ideal location for walking and cycling, as there is easy access to the Weavers Way, and there are stunning beaches close by. Norwich with a vast array of shops, restaurants, museums and theatres is 23 miles away. The space Lovingly restored, this single-storey property boasts a spacious living area with an impressive vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and feature flint walls. The open-plan living/dining area has a table and ten chairs, comfortable seating, a Smart TV with SKY basic, and an open fire. French doors lead to the terrace, where you’ll also find a large garden, with a lawn leading to a natural unenclosed pond. The paved terrace wraps around the house and features garden furniture and a gas BBQ. There is a further seating area at the front of the property. Back inside, the kitchen area is huge and features an island unit with a breakfast bar. There’s a handy utility area for all your washing needs and when it comes to entertainment, there is table tennis in the games room. All four bedrooms are exquisite. There are two en-suite super-king-size and then a further super-king-size that can be converted into a twin upon request. The last bedroom is a twin that shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the zip-and-link room. Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a lifeboat museum, a golf course, a multi-screen cinema, the Amazona zoo, an indoor children's play barn, a kart track, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views.
