A cosy self catering, 2 bedroom barn conversion. Situated in Wressle on our working farm. Few minutes drive from the beautiful market town of Howden (J37 M62). Great WiFi, on site parking. 2 padel courts on site. York (30 minute drive/20 min to Park & Ride at McArthur Glen), Goole, Leeds, Beverley, Hull, Doncaster, Selby are all less than an hours drive away. Drax 20 mins. Bridlington is 1 hour away. Ideally situated for work or a countryside holiday. 3 cottages are available, 1 is listed here. The space "George's Gaff" is 1 of 3 self catering cottages situated on our arable farm. Each cottage comprises an upstairs open plan bedroom with good quality kingsize bed. 2 covered padel courts available to hire. Bookings via Playtomic. Rackets are free to borrow. Balls available to buy. Downstairs has a twin bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen (with air fryer)/living area with smart tv. A sofa and chair. A small breakfast bar table (see photos). The downstairs bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. Patio doors open from the downstairs living area with stunning views across the farm. Each cottage has its own garden with a picnic table and an all weather blackboard. In front of the cottages there is a large grassed area. Perfect for children to run around or the grown ups to play football! There is also plenty of tarmac for children to ride bikes/scooters. 1 dog is welcome. The beautiful market town Howden is just 10 minutes away. York is 30 minutes away. Heating is provided via our biomass boiler. Wi-Fi is free, towels, bedding and hairdryers are provided. A few basics to get you started are also included (washing up liquid, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablet). Grange Farm Cottages are an ideal base for a holiday. We are also very well located for business/contract workers. Howden, Brough, Selby, Doncaster, Goole, Drax and Eggborough are all close by. Travel cot available to hire. Highchair and children's indoor and outdoor toys are available on request. Please enquire if the dates you require aren't available. This listing is for 1 cottage but we do have 3 cottages. All 3 can be booked together for group parties which can sleep 12 in total. Guest access You will have complete use of Georges Gaff, your garden and the large grassed area which is fenced in (but not secure) at the front of your cottage. The garden to the right at the other side of the fence is private. Other things to note We are a working arable farm. No livestock but there could be tractors working. We do have CCTV in operation for the farm and cottages. 2 padel courts are on site open to the public to book via Playtomic app.
