Due to the convenient location of the house, you can reach all the active points of the valley in a few minutes. The buses/ski bus that takes you in 5 minutes to the lifts of the Schlick2000 or to the Stubai Glacier is 150 meters from the house. The slope in front of the house is ideal for tobogganing in winter. Furthermore, our house offers cleaning for a fee, in summer and winter use of the pool and wellness area (for a fee) in the Hotel Auenhof. Local tax is exclusive and must be paid on site in CASH. The space NEW the STUBAI SUPER SUMMER CARD for free use of all lifts and buses is included in the price! Apartment with 3 double rooms (2x with extra beds possible), each room with private bathroom with shower/toilet, balcony and view of the Stubai mountains, satellite TV, radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table, dishwasher and microwave. The children's playground is once through the garden. Our place makes the great location unique. You can get to all activities in a short time. The airport is only 30 minutes away and the city of Innsbruck is 20 minutes away by car. The Stubai Super Card is also included in summer. With this card you can use all mountain railways, buses, as well as the Stubaitalbahn in the Stubai Valley for free every day and much more. Other things to note The local tax of €2.80 is extra per person per day (from 15 years) and must be paid directly to the landlord in cash.
