Due to the convenient location of the house, you can reach all active points of the valley within a few minutes. The buses/ski bus that takes you in 5 minutes to the lifts of the Schlick2000 or to the Stubai Glacier brings you 150 meters from the house. The slope in front of the house is ideal for tobogganing in winter. Furthermore, our house offers cleaning for a fee, in summer and winter use of the pool and wellness area (for a fee) in the Hotel Auenhof next door. Local tax is exclusive and must be paid CASH on site. The space NEW the STUBAI SUPER SUMMER CARD for free use all lifts and buses is included! FW with 3 double bedrooms (2x with extra beds possible), each room with private bathroom with shower/toilet, balcony and view of the Stubai mountains, satellite TV, radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with large dining table, dishwasher and micro. The children's playground is once through the garden. Our place makes the great location unique. You can get to all the activities within a short time. The airport is only 30 minutes away and the city of Innsbruck is 20 minutes by car. Furthermore, the Stubai Super Card is included during the summer. With this card you can use all cable cars, buses, as well as the Stubaitalbahn for free and much more every day. Other things to note The local tax in the amount of 2.80€ is per person and day extra ( from 15 years) and payable directly to the landlord in cash.
