Beautiful house located in quiet subdivision only 5 minutes from Clemson University, downtown Clemson, Hartwell Lake and many other local attractions. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a large living and dining space with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy as well. The space During your stay we want you to feel at home. There will be clean linens, towels, wash clothes and toiletries. Our home has a private patio and backyard with a gas burning grill and fire pit area, which is great for entertaining. Our home is located just 10 miles from intersate I-85 and 3 miles from highway 123. The location overall is super convenient with many grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. We are surrounded by many hiking trails and sit at the bottom of the foothills. There are many things to do in Clemson especially if there is a home football game. Downtown Clemson is a must see with its beautiful shops, restaurants and bars. Clemson is a family friendly town with parks located just a few miles away from our home. Also included is free WI-FI Internet and a flat screen tv with direct tv with over 1000 channels including all sports channels. We have a manual that will walk you through how to use the tv and Internet. Great for families with children! There is a trampoline and toys outside for kids to use and toys in the child bedroom inside for use. All cabinets in the kitchen are child proof. There is a washer and dryer on hand that you can feel free to use. We ask that you do not smoke in our home. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about Clemson or the surrounding area.
