The tenant has a private road down to the cottage. The location of the cottage requires access to a car. Distance approx: Sea (Kåseberga and Nybrostrand) 4 km, Store (Glemmingebro) 5 km, Golf (Ystad GK) 7 km, Ingelstorp 2 km, Neighbor 20 m, Ystad 14 km. Guest access A private house with all the equipment in the kitchen with porcelain etc. and A lovely patio with amazing views of the open landscape and Hammars hills. Garden furniture, barbecue, drying rack available. Bicycles are available to borrow for free. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed. The location of the cottage requires access to a car. Changeover day is Sundays. Check-out 11 am and check-in 3 pm. Towels, bed linen, etc. are available to rent Pets are allowed
