Baltic Pearl is 10 new, comfortably equipped duplex apartments with a terrace of 50 m 2. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, dining room, bathroom and terrace. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms upstairs. In the first large double bed, with a very comfortable mattress. On the other hand, there is a bunk bed.
