This beautiful room was sensitively converted a few years ago from an old derelict barn on our farm and decorated to an exceptional standard they combine character with all the modern amenities. The light airy room looks out onto rolling countryside from every window, situated on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire borders with the nearest neighbours far away into the distance. The heating and hot water is run on an eco-system an underground source heat pump from the field surrounding the room. The space This gorgeous self-contained double or twin room is on ground level in a stunning location. It is suitable for one or two people coming for business or leisure. There are two more double/twin rooms like this one where a room on its own or all three rooms can be booked together, each with their own front door, for a group of friends or work colleagues. The room is self-catering. There is access for the disabled and ample parking. Being so central we are near M40 London/Birmingham and Main line train station in Banbury. Guest access There is are large shared court yard for all three rooms to use with seating and tables where you can be private if you wish. There is also a laundry room, within the courtyard, for the use of all three rooms. Other things to note Sorry no pets.
